I am a researcher, writer, motivational speaker and mentor who is ready to cherish every moment of life with a new perspective. I have been into technical education since 2007 and have learned several amazing facts about technologies and how they can make impact in our life. I completed my PhD in the field of Engineering & Technology in December 2022 and now ready to pursue my dream of contributing to student life and education system.
Over the years, I have observed students experiencing several challenges in academic career and research field. Unfortunately, many of them keep on making same mistakes generation after generation in implementing research ideas and learning practices. I believe that research is a never ending process and research has no boundaries; but it is important to follow a strategic approach when you are working on a research problem, mainly when you are doing it under some time-restricted academic degree. Once researchers start following a channelized approach to handle research problems, they will soon be able to come out with brilliant ideas and innovative concepts.
It is not just about doing research, the major part of this process is to make your work presentable in front of scientific communities and the end beneficiaries. It requires researchers to follow a trustworthy approach to write research proposals, thesis reports, systematic review papers, comprehensive review papers and original research articles.
Eternal RESTEM is a dream project that I have launched to help students and researchers to deal with all these critical challenges in the research life. I am here to provide regular trainings, courses and lectures at different online and offline platforms to reach to the researchers around the world and provide them essential guidance on how they can deal with the hurdles on their way. These sessions will include talks about emerging technologies and their utilization in multi-disciplinary research, ways to handle data for research problems, techniques to write effective research papers.
Beyond the technical assistance and writing support, I am here to talk about the mental health challenges that most of the researchers experience during their journey, but they find no one to understand the pain behind. Being a motivational speaker, I am here to create a open platform for the researchers, students and faculty members to talk about their stress, anxiety and depression while finding ways to come out of it. I will also conduct sessions in association with relevant field experts time to time to help students find relevant solutions to their technical, non-technical and mental health problems.
Another aspect of Eternal RESTEM project is to talk about the importance of ethics, morals and values in the life of student as they are essential elements to help them become a true worrier and successful human-being. I believe that making good human-beings is our first social responsibility instead of creating another generation of tech-savvy youngsters. When people know the importance of wisdom, right conduct, empathy and humanity, they can contribute to nation building in better manner. Creating a balance between science and spirituality can help us create a world where humans will understand the true value of life and they will make most out of it.
